This role of Business Analyst will tasked with helping improve AMSA's online digital presence. The BA will work with Operational areas, developers and PM's to improve AMSA's online Intelledox forms and its integration with AMSA client, vessel and incident management systems. This role’s tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Meet with stakeholders in operational areas to determine business outcomes
- Write high level/detailed business requirements, process guides, user stories
- Document business processes and their alignment to the technology workflow (e.g. Intelledox forms into Dynamics CRM)
- Identify areas for process & form improvement
- Provide SME feedback & support to stakeholders (IT Testers, UA Testers) during test phases
